Kawaguchi's characters embark on lo-fi, emotional journeys unburdened by the technicalities often found in time travel fiction notably, they are unable to change the present. Light Hearted
This book will pull at your heartstrings. If you have suffered a great loss or illness or anything in between each story touches on a little moment, that can bring your heart a little bit of warmth. Although moments may make you cry, you will also feel the happiness of all the characters during them. Truly a beautiful short read.
