Behaviour at Workplace

Today's workplace is a complex battleground. Theories X, Y and Z exist only in books. It is the interaction of people, their minds, inner hidden motives, that shapes the cumulative outcome of behaviour. It is easier to analyse quantitative data than behaviour. The case stories in the book reflect smoke at some workplaces. The solutions proposed are just suggestions. More studies, including those of behaviour in intelligence organisation of Zululand will be included in an update.
