Blackie and The Wind

The wind enters the house, which is guarded by the French Bulldog Blackie and steals various items. Blackie starts to hunt for the wind, trying to catch it. But how can you catch the wind? And yet, the dog finds a way to punish the thief, although offended, they still become friends.
