Following a jury trial, appellant Phillip Maurice Bouyer was convicted of the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance. The jury assessed punishment at eight years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice - Institutional Division. Bouyer appeals claiming the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress. We affirm the trial courts judgment.
