On a storm-lashed night in the town of Amic, elf bartender Jennifer Sylm is trying to close up early. But after the Thunder Goddess Brog appears, she leaves behind a mysterious cosmic hammer and vanishes.

With the hammer Arken in her hands, Jen is now an unwilling contestant in the Gulon: a celestial contest of power where twelve champions clash for a prize only the gods can offer. Jen doesn’t care about glory - she just wants to turn her bar into the hottest spot in town. But when a rival contestant arrives seeking vengeance, Jen learns that some powers can’t be ignored... and some battles can’t be avoided.
