A Good Primer
Lots of good stuff in this eBook for the front end curler, especially if they have not been to a class or camp within the past 5 years.
A couple of sections could be even deeper: for example, Dean assumes that sweepers know that they should walk with the rock as it is being delivered, yet I see sweepers standing up by the hog line every week. The communication section could also be deeper, dealing with noisy venues, keeping things succinct but frequent, and building a team terminology system (providing an example).
But these are minor quibbles. It provides essential information in an easy-to-read way. It also makes a point of not just covering the physical technique. Recommended even for the skip on your team.
