Awesome ebook for those curious about working with a life coach. The book helps you to step outside your comfort zone (that's where change happens) and see all the possibilities that are available to you.
Starting each day with an intention helps me to be accountable and I get more accomplished! I like the exercises at the end of each chapter. By doing the exercises, I feel like I'm helping myself and moving forward vs waiting for a solution outside of myself. Great book!

This new book is an excellent guide to small changes that can really transform the way you think about yourself and the interactions you have with those around you. Each chapter corresponds to a month and a clearly defined topic. It can be spread out over a year or completed as challenges arise. It is easy to read and all the exercises are achievable. This book is filled with excellent advice written by a talented life coach. It is well worth the cover price.
