Welcome to White Haven — where the witches keep their secrets buried.
Avery is a witch who prefers to work alone. No coven politics, just her magic, her grimoires, and her bookshop in the Cornish town of White Haven. But when a dying customer leaves her a rune-covered box and a letter that rewrites the history of the town's five witch families, her carefully ordered life falls apart.
Ancient grimoires are hidden somewhere in White Haven. Their pages hold a secret someone has spent generations protecting, and now that Avery is looking, the demons are coming.
She's not the type to walk away from a mystery. And when Alex Bonneville, the most irritating witch she knows, arrives with the same dark tarot warning, she can't shut him out either. Especially when the danger turns personal.
As dark magic and demons descend on White Haven, five witches must confront a buried history that threatens everything and everyone they love.
Buried Magic is the first book in the White Haven Witches series — a paranormal mystery set in Cornwall, England, featuring authentic witchcraft, slow-burn romance, and the kind of dark secrets that small towns keep best. Perfect for fans of Deborah Harkness, Patricia Briggs, and cosy paranormal fantasy with real teeth.

Loved
I loved this novel because of the author’s use of the English countryside.
Amazing
When I found this book I had been looking for more books about witches. I love stories about magic, spells, romance and action! This book has just the right amount of all of it! I honestly loved how the characters were introduced, as this is the first story in the series and it is important Tj did an amazing job. I couldn’t put the book down and within the first couple chapters I was ordering the next couple books in the series. I was late finding these books but I am caught up now and definitely recommend them!
Wonderful Read!
Could not put this down and had to read from start to finish. The author stays true to form and maintains the focus of the story is about magic.
The interaction between the characters is totally believable and entertaining. I was happy that the romance was secondary to the magic and that it did not become graphic.
Be sure to continue the series as you will become more and more immersed into the White Haven Witch Coven!
