Publisher Description

Corporation -- foreign corporation -- ""doing business"" in state. 1. Upon a showing that a foreign corporation, engaged in the manufacture and sale of butter cartons, regularly and systematically solicited orders for transmission to its principal place of business located outside the state for acceptance or rejection, that as a result of the acceptance of the orders so transmitted there was a continuous flow of its products into the state, that its agent here habitually adjusted and compromised disputes with its customers in this state, and that its agents represented it and displayed its wares at conventions in this state, it is held that the corporation is doing business in this state so as to be amenable to process here.
