Good info, average style
Interesting overview from an insider! Reinforces once again that the basics of biz never change and the core message as per the title is right on. Bob has trouble hiding his disdain for many, his huge ego, and while he says that he "might have been wrong about daewoo" and a few other examples... It felt like an editor's add-on simply so he doesn't come across as a complete narcissist.
