Appellants Center for Neurological Disorders, P.A. ("CND") and Gregory A. Ward, M.D. appeal from the trial court's denial of their motions to dismiss the claims of Appellees Roger P. George and Juliet A. George with prejudice. Originally, we dismissed this appeal for want of jurisdiction.*fn1 Because the Texas Supreme Court has instructed us that we do have jurisdiction,*fn2 we now consider the appeal on the merits.
