The city of Parole is burning. Like Venice slips into the sea, Parole crumbles into fire, its entire population quarantined and left to die, directly over the open flame. Regan, scaly, silent stealth expert, will do anything to escape. The ghostly Hans offers one: it just takes a little murder.
