This collection of recipes is my testament to the food I grew up loving in the kitchen and garden of my Italian grandparents. Some of the recipes have been passed down through generations, others have been modified or added to reflect my vegan lifestyle. However, all of them taste best when prepared with fresh ingredients and served to a table of family and friends.
