Communication is not enough

In a sociey as ours, in wich communication seems to be the key to everything, the dilemma concerning human relationships is the "chaos" arising from conflicts of character: everyone understands what works for them, and they will respond solely to those who both want to, and are able to understand. The obstacle is embodied by interpretations, projections and the emotions whic the topic of the discussion evokes in those involved in the dialogue, who are not willing to trust others, and thus unwilling to listen. A book dedicated to health professionals as well as all those for whom communication is the object of their studies
