Consequents
Dominence, corruption, evil. This book was hard to read but couldn’t put down. Made me angry, revolted, and wanting to shake and yell at our main characters.
Verrrry long….boring.
Reallllllly long. Very descriptive but got tedious. Could have been accomplished in fewer pages.
Consequences
This is definitely a very dark psychological thriller! Book 1 Consequences is the first of a 5 book series and it’s a lengthy book (1444 pages epub version). It’s a reading that might not suit everyone as it’s materiel and issues are extremely sensitive. It deals with kidnapping, rape, abusive physical behaviours , mental health issues like compulsive brutal behaviours and double personalities makes this reading an overwhelming one! So be warned if you decide to read this book. However, I love Aleatha Roming’s books 📚. I’ve read quite a few and was enormously captivated by her writing. Consequences Series Is no exception! I’m thrilled with the first book and already started in the second « Truth Volume 2 ». Anthony Rawlings is the main character and he’s the devil’s reincarnation at its best. Extremely intelligent and manipulative he sets his mind on his first victim on his revenge list. Her name is Claire Nichols and her nightmare is about to begin. Anthony is obsessed with appearances and therefore everything he says and does is a direct consequence towards his revenge plan. However, what he doesn’t know yet but will find out soon enough is the strength and determination Claire possesses as a human being having underwent what he puts her through and still comes out stronger . She vows to bring him down using his own vehicle of destruction « appearances » ! A very intense powerful reading, a definite page turner for ALL who love Aleatha’s books! As always, she doesn’t disappoint! A 5 stars and more rating on this first book!
