Cookie's Halloween

Halloween is coming. While Emily and her mother are busy with her costume and making sure that they have treats to give out to the neighborhood children, Cookie is worried that she won't be taken seriously as a real Halloween cat. Tiger isn't being very supportive. Will Cookie have a chance to shine this year?
