Penitentiary as part of the criminal justice system (SPP) with the correctional system as a method of supporting them have the responsibility to realise one of the goals of the SPP, the resocialization and rehabilitation of offenders. As one of the agencies most responsible for the continuation of future inmates, then it is time for the government to better deal with the role of Prison. Penitentiary in its development as an integral part of the criminal justice system is in fact experiencing various obstacles, such as: limited means, be it physical means such as building a vocational training, work equipment, personnel power, such as instructors who are experts in their fields, medical support, psychologist, as well as administrative and financial means coupled by means of laws and regulations. By understanding the conditions of prisons as institutions tasked improve inmate behaviour, then this institution have a heavy load with various deficiencies and stigma cornering.
