The Cowboy's Runaway Bride

I loved this book from the first page right to the end. It starts out with Maddie walking down the road in her wedding gown after leaving her own wedding. She had just overheard her parents talking and learned that her fiance, Howard, only asked her to marry his so he could get a partnership in Maddie's father's law firm. Shortly after driving away from the wedding, she gets a flat tire so starts walking to the nearest town. Lucky for Maddie, Garrett stops to help her and to give her a ride. After hearing her story, Garrett offers Maddie a short term job/accommodation on his ranch. They very quickly begin to have feelings for each other but for their own reasons don't let the other know how they feel.

I loved the writing style and how the chapters ended with you wanting to start the next one right away. The characters in this novel were well put together and developed in a manner that makes them seem real and believable. Their relationship wasn't easy but their love for each other got them through the rough times. I found the imagery and characterization in this story impressive and recommend it.

I liked this book so much that I will definitely read it again.
