Bear shifter and wildlife biologist, Silas Riley follows a beautiful woman, lost in the Alaskan wilderness with impending snowfall. His bear spirit knows this woman is their fated mate. Abandoned as a young cub, Silas protects his heart, and he doesn't know if he can overcome the fear of possible rejection. 

Cara Moore lost her Wilderness Goddess retreat group hours ago. It's about to snow, but she'd rather be here than on her honeymoon with her loser ex Troy, who dumped her on the day of her wedding. He left her with a broken heart, but more than that, a broken spirit.

 With Artemis away, to bring the two together, Cupid shoots a love arrow, but unfortunately, he misses Silas and hits a wild bear, who now becomes infatuated with Cara. 

Cara and Silas find themselves not only trying to outrun the lovesick bear, but also struggling to resist the growing connection between them.
