Publisher Description
She bought a crumbling house on impulse. She didn't budget for a stalker.
Lizzie Fuller's fresh start in Westport comes with a grumpy squatter cat, a boyfriend who thinks she needs improvement, and Riley - the ridiculously handsome handyman who makes her brain stop working at the worst possible moments.
Then Riley pulls up a loose floorboard and finds an antique diamond ring and a bundle of forbidden love letters — a secret someone buried decades ago and will do anything to keep hidden. Suddenly Lizzie's chaotic renovation has a mystery she never asked for, feelings she absolutely cannot afford to have for a man who isn't staying, and a stranger in a black sedan who won't stop watching her.
Small town. Nosy neighbours. Slow-burn romance. And one man who will kill to keep the past buried.
Perfect for fans of Janet Evanovich and Sophie Kinsella. Warm, funny, and impossible to put down — Dangerous Deeds is the first book in the complete 10-book Westport Romantic Mysteries series.

Good read
Interesting
The story itself is Intriguing and definitely captivated me but I’m trying to figure out why a dog getting a handjob was detailed but no human interactions were. Im quite distraught actually having to read about the dog getting off, also other readers please note there is a lot of Christianity and religious talk in this book which I am personally not a fan of and would have liked to know beforehand. Didn’t really fit with the spicy vibe this book advertised having, as well as the complete lack of spice at all. Overall I’m glad I only spent 99¢ to read it, it kept me occupied, but I won’t be continuing with the series.
