The Reader.
This is by most critics considered one of Stephen Kings better books.
However I could barely get through a quarter of this audiobook because of the reader. He is the first reader I actually could not stand, with every minute being a painful one listening to seemingly phoney dramatics and a ferosciously grating salesman like voice.
Its really too bad because I've enjoyed the audiobooks King has narrative himself. Or others by George Guidall...great!
I recommend you buy the book or ebook. Or at least just listen to the sample before you buy!
