great!!
Amazing! i couldnt stop reading
Underwhelming
The story concept had potential to be something better than it was. Some parts were good some parts were not so good. The scene setting and the descriptive writing were decent, but the dialogue and character interactions were overly simplistic, almost juvenile. They lacked depth and the nuances that would make the characters believable or relatable. The main characters were flat and their interactions seemed trite and superficial which made their relationship feel hallow and insincere. It didn’t grab my interest and I had a really hard time finishing it. I won’t be reading any other books in the series.
Gripping storyline
This is one of the best books I have read all year, and possibly longer! It was surprising & gripping, that kept me reading thru the night. With wonderfully developed characters, & a tantalizing relationship between the two main characters, it's easy to get caught up. (I got butterflies in my stomach often!) When the book ended, I immediately searched for the next book in the "Order of the Blade" series.
Do yourself a favor, and give "Darkness Awakened" a read! I guarantee you won't be disappointed :)
