Not bad
Story was good with a good twist but the writing was a little amateurish, imho.
It was ok.
The book’s plot was interesting but the bad grammar was very distracting. They need a proofreader.
A cross between Ghost Whisperer and Criminal Minds
This is kind of what I imagine a cross between Ghost Whisperer and Criminal Minds would look like, even though there are no actual ghosts involved. The mystery is tense and suspenseful. The characters, complex yet somewhat whimsical. And the paranormal aspects of the story are surprisingly low key. I loved getting this look into Whit’s life and following along as he and his assistant Anna investigated the disappearances. They kept me guessing to the very end. I can’t wait to read more about these characters.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
