I’m hooked on this series!
The cruise continues on to Austria with the same group of passengers and crew as book one. This is almost two books in one. There is the mystery when a dead body turns up and then the story of protagonist London Rose. We get a look at the challenges of her job on the cruise ship, the potential romance she is avoiding, learn more about her family—including a mysterious vanishing act—and of course her crime solving. Lovable dog Sir Reggie continues to be a scene-stealer and we get to know other characters better as well. I’ve always wanted to visit Vienna and Salzburg and so I thoroughly enjoyed the descriptions and factoids woven throughout the story. I’m eagerly awaiting the next book.
