In the year 2184, a massive 20 meter high concrete wall divides the Earth along the 30th parallel north. The prosperous United States of the Northern Hemisphere is at war with the desperate, famine-stricken United States of the Southern Hemisphere. Teo and his family will attempt the nearly impossible a feat no one has achieved before: crossing the wall beyond the 30th parallel north.
