Diversity may SEEM a topic of outward conflict with NEED for settling the conflict "among others".


Diversity ALSO has inward conflict to settle individually, which enables clarity for settling conflict "among others".


The IDEA of diversity, the CONCEPT of diversity, originates in the individual self.  The word "diversity" contains meaning, and that meaning indicates "diversity" points to an individual derived meaning.  An individual desire including self and others through an improved or widened focus.  Allowing and accepting DIFFERENT as included while allowing and accepting SAME as included.
