Biography

Angèle, born as Mariette Angèle Laguerre, is a recording artist, an educator and a motivational speaker at heart. She was born in French Guiana (South America). She speaks more than four languages: French, Haitian and Guianese Creole, English, and limited Spanish. Her love for writing started as a teenager. Becoming a writer was among the few professions to which she has aspired.


She uses her skills whenever possible to answer her divine calling and fulfill her life’s passions through teaching, singing, composing songs, praise dancing, writing and motivating whomever God puts in her path.
