Do Not Be Anxious..‪.‬

Anxiety is an ailment that affects a great number of human beings of all ages causing several impairments and disorders that can have many causes with stress being an important one. However, at the root of those causes, fear -the opposite of love - appears to be the most important source of anxiety. 
Christ, the son of God, when He came to this world as Jesus of Nazareth invited us not to be anxious at all in our daily lives because we have a loving Father that is behind us at all times and that will take care of all our needs, provided that we seek first His kingdom and His righteousness. But apparently, we have found it very difficult to do that because we have many other gods in this dark world: money, the flesh, power, and our egos just to mention some.
The author tries to present our anxiety as a predicament that can be solved if we only turn our hearts into the only reality there is and the only perfect love, we can have access to, that of our Father in heaven who has been revealed by Jesus Christ as our never-ending source of serenity and well being.
