There's a scary man who lives under the bridge. No one dares to approach him. According to the towns people he is very dangerous. Ben, an eleven year old boy goes under the bridge. He leaves the man (Charles) presents and eventually befriends him. They share a common intrest in art. What Ben didn't know about the man, is revealed in a picture.
