VERY repetitive ….
Mark Hyman has an outstanding reputation and the topic is worth knowing more about. Unfortunately, the book’s content could easily have been condensed into 20-30 pages; ditto for the recipes. I did read it all, but can see people getting very bored with all the drivel. I should have bought the summary instead.
