Customer Reviews
Echo is just that
I have read all the previous Kate Redman books and I found this one to be a bit slower-paced. Although the action was perhaps less, this may be appropriate to a cold case, that is a case where the actual crime took place decades before, even though there was no real investigation at the time. In spite of that I still found the story interesting and engaging, perhaps due to the events in happening in Kate’s personal life.
I think the fact that I have read the previous books and know Kate’s history helped to make this book enjoyable, as a opposed to someone picking it up as a stand-alone read.
I look forward to the next case!
Cheers,
Gary
