Effective Training 2017

We published our first training book in 2014.  This publications brings the subject right up to date and sheds a new light on some of our experiences and conclusions.


We have to observe that training has not matured since the early years and indeed has deteriorated to a significant degree in many aspects of technical training.  It seems to be a fad to supply vigorous Sales Training but at the expense of technical training.  In the field of KBB subjects this is not only unsatisfactory it is downright irresponsible.


As we have observed in this book technical training can really only be supplied by lecturers who have real hands-on experience in this critical area.


Once again we offer our on line support and have also supplied a list of key  publications on a variety of  KBB subjects.
