Eloise in Moscow

Part of the series that inspired the upcoming live-action Netflix movie starring Mae Schenk and Ryan Reynolds and directed by Amy Sherman-Palladino!

Eloise has been delighting readers for decades—though she’s still not a day over six! Eloise travels to Moscow in this charming and hilarious picture book!

Eloise is a very special little girl who lives at The Plaza Hotel in New York City. But she sometimes goes on fabulous adventures to places like Moscow! Eloise is Little Miss Diplomat in Russia, which is full of blizzards and nyet nyet nyet and dasvidaniya. And despite all the snow, if you are a diplomat, here is what is not possible: snowballs.

Nanny and Eloise travel in style in a Rolls sent by rail and enjoy rather a lot of music from Helsinki, black caviar from the Caspian Sea, and ballet with the pigeons outside the hotelski. Oh my Lord, there is just so much to do!

Here’s the thing: Whether you are just about to fall in love with Eloise or have already baked her a cake, you ought to have this book. (Charge it please and thank you very much.)
