Endless Openings Open Endings

Whether it's a short or long story

There should always be a beginning, a middle and an end

That's what I was told at school

And that's what I taught my pupils later on

But now I realise

That life

Comes and goes at different times

And we all just play short cameos

In one long story

That never seems to start or stop

Perhaps each of the stories

In this book has

No one beginning,

No one middle

and

No one end.
