interesting but very wordy!
I find it interesting that a book on grammar drills and therefore excellance in the English language has so many “mistakes” in the description. I realise that it’s likely an issue of formatting or something but it looks bad and I wish I could contact the author to fix it. This is my way of doing that. I hope Mark Lester can get this worked out.
The book itself is fine and work a look if you are looking to suplement your ESL lessons or learning. I like the history of the why of some of our grammar hicks. It’s wordy and advanced sounding so for the general learner who just wants to say it right, it might be more than what is needed.
