This book is For women too

I just finished this book and it is the first fitness book I have ever completed. I finished it over four days and I couldn't put it down. I found myself so inspired by Joe's motivation and mental determination.

I am far from fit, and have been trying to achieve my fitness goals for some time now. I really needed a mental boost, and Joe's mindset helped me change my own. It teaches you to hold yourself accountable and that you are your own competition. He highlights the importance of mental preparedness and mental commitment.

Although he speaks to a male audience, I found that what he wrote applied to me and as a woman, I could still relate to him and his teachings/struggles. The best part is Joe offers you a workout plan, a meal plan, and even has pictures of all the different workouts performed by him.

This book is wonderful. I'm a big fan of his beginning from True Blood. I now see him in a different light: as my inspiration to hold myself accountable on the road to being the best possible version of myself. THANKS JOE!
