Ah, the Heartbreak of Young Love
Dakota Davies’ stories always take us on a wild adventure, both outdoors and in love. Caleb and Lori are young and so sweetly in love, so naturally the cruel world wants to tear them apart. And that ending .... AHHHHHH....(pulls out hair)... I NEED to know what comes next! The ending has been tweaked just slightly from the version that was in the Happily Ever After Anthology, but it’s still as heart wrenching as ever. Like every Dakota Davies writes, I loved this book.
