Story: Toto, the monkey, is young and eager to explore his world.  Twiga, the Giraffe, tries to teach Toto three special jungle rules to keep Toto safe.  Toto quickly forgets the rules and has to rely on Boohoo, the hippopotamus, and Twiga to rescue him.
