Fata Morgana

Art students in Paris - the ateliers, the models, the salon and the ones who go home. Castaigne was an illustrator who had lived that life and drew the book as well as writing it. This edition is bound with five plates of painting by Degas, Chełmoński, Turner and Israëls, and includes fifty illustrations restored and coloured for this volume.
