Customer Reviews
Hiding in plain sight
It is always exciting to see what happens in the last book of the trilogy series. This one did not disappoint! I appreciated hearing the story from Grace and Tristan’s perspective. Having heard bits about them in the first two novels, it was satisfying to learn more about them. I also like how the book was divided into three times sections, AND that there were some happy things in the future for all the series characters. In the end, it just made me think about the terrible lure and ultimate corruption absolute power can have over even good people…. Sometimes fiction like this provides insight into the real world which is subject to very similar situations and pressures.
