SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 4 (SeeNews) - A look at the IT spending in the banking sectors in Bulgaria and Croatia so far this year reveals caution amidst the global downturn with few cash-intensive technology moves. "In general, we can note that demand for software solutions in [Croatia's] financial sector has decreased [in 2010], and that the crisis marked 2009 as well," the sales manager of Croatian IT solutions provider Combis, Damir Horvat, told SeeNews in an emailed statement.
