Ferengi's Chipmunks

A doctor asks his neighbor to look after a group of chipmunks that may have undergone brain implants. Now the neighbor is caused to consider and worry about the lifestyle and science of thinking, feeling, and comprehending animals, and the ethics of how to live alongside them.
