Great Canadian Story
Captivating from beginning to end.
Final Look
I loved this novel as it gives us a glimpse into the history of the Toronto Islands and the sadness associated with the evictions. I love the characters and their interactions. All in all a great story!
Canadiana… perfect
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It brings me back to a simpler time (late 1960’s) and being from Ottawa, and having been to Toronto - and Toronto Island I found it intriguing. The characters all feel real, the story as well. Everything blended so well and it made for enjoyable reading- good mystery and not “dark”.
Sure you will enjoy, Thank you.
