The only way to get your own dishes is to experiment, so don’t be afraid, what’s the worst that can happen? You don’t like it, then just try again. 

There are complete shopping lists in this edition, so you do not forget anything for the menu you have chosen. If you need to serve more guests then just double up on the recipe quantities.
