Everyone needs this book!

I have average range of culinary skills, and I made THE most amazing sourdough loaf I have ever had from the levain recipe. It is easy to follow and for any of the techniques that I needed a visual, the author has a YouTube channel to show you how.

This is an excellent instruction book for anyone wanting to get the passion for baking bread. One of the best instructions on the subject! Details are exhaustive, but not exhausting. It's a page turner, because the Author teaches from his experience as a passionate "Boulanger". And he invites you into his bakery and make you feel as if you are learning hands on! You don't read this book you dive into it!
