Flower Girl

It's a rainy spring and Ottawa has a killer. Men are being murdered with precision by a red haired woman who comes and goes like an apparition on a cold, wet night. At every crime scene detectives find the same disturbing signature: a crude flower drawn in the victim's blood. The police have begun to call her the Flower Girl. She's been hunting for years, her methods refined and effective.
