Lauren Bishop has her whole summer planned out—working as a nanny for a desperate single dad and finding the elusive Mr. Right. She even signed up for the local matchmaking guru’s Make Love Bloom (TM) service end-of-summer guarantee! But somehow her plans got derailed because now she finds herself longing for her emotionally unavailable employer.
When his two-year-old’s molars turn his little sunshine into a demon from hell, single dad Alex Campbell finds himself longing for the simpler days of teddy bear picnics. This is a parenting nightmare! Then sweet Lauren drops into their life like an angel sent from above. Alex doesn’t do relationships, which is why he turns down every woman who comes his way, but he can’t afford to lose this nanny. Can he convince her to stay even though she’s looking for the one thing he can’t give her?

Finding Lauren's Unicorn
There's nothing more heartwarming than a widower trying to hold it together for his little girl.
A family friend (Lauren) offered to help out during a particularly challenging time with Viv (a two year old) who's teething. Viv is an sweat and adorable toddler who's a very busy girl. Lauren is looking for her unicorn (a hot, sweat, alpha) and realizes it's Viv's dad (Alex). Alex isn't sure he's ready to love yet but is willing to try anything to make Viv happy.
This book has it all: a hot, sweat alpha, a generous lady looking for love, a few hot love scenes, and a busy happy toddler. I don't normally read book about second chances and widowers but this was an amazing read and I'd read it again in a heartbeat.
How far would you go to save a man?
Lauren is a school teacher who is willing to give up her summer to be a nanny for Alex. Alex is dealing with his lovable two year and trying to figure out the whole single parent scene. Lauren is willing to help Viv be all the toddler she can be but also helps Alex discovered what he needs to move on from the death of his fiancée. He is also willing to help her reenact her favourite scenes from her favourite book. When everything is spelled out in an agreement is there room for change?
This story is a bit of a tear jerker. But also how we can love another person and help them over come the trails in their lives. You never know what Viv is going to get up too or where there will be an impromptu dance party. Got your dancing shoes?
