Freedom at Day Zero

Freedom at Day Zero is a story of balance, peace, love, and vulnerability. The journey is both difficult and necessary to share. I listened to my soul and made a choice to travel back from age 28 to age 3, to tell that girl-child that everything is now okay. I went back to meet my younger self: to hold and hug her, to scream and cry with her, to hold the space so that she could tell her story as I would tell her mine. I examined my life and all of its pieces, looking at each one individually, and isolating the events. She told me a story of strength, courage, peace, love, and finally - freedom.
