From Rosa with love

When I was nine, while reading a story, I came across this word called 'Pariah'. Unable to decipher it's meaning, I thought of asking my Granny who sat on the easy chair doing some embroidery work on pillow covers. Though my granny Remona was nowhere on my list of favourite people, since there was no one else around, I had to resort to asking her.
