We all came into this world as beautiful beings. Our cup was full.

We loved our reflection, we skipped, we laughed out loud and proudly wore the same dress to every party.

We were unashamedly ourselves and completely at ease with our imperfections. We were happy just the way we were.

So what happened?

When did we stop loving our reflection and start hiding our imperfections?

Over time cracks appear or others poke holes in our cup. Slowly our cup leaks and gives way to the fear of not being enough, the fear of being judged or fear of not being loved.
